St. Mark Lutheran Church, Watertown, Wisconsin

Buzard Pipe Organ Builders was contracted to undertake a comprehensive rebuilding of the 1920s / 1980s Austin organ in St. Mark Lutheran Church in Watertown, WI.  All new mechanical and electrical systems were built and installed.  All pipes were re-regulated for maximum musical effectiveness.  The entire organ was relocated to the rear of the balcony, behind an extension of the original late 19th century case front.   Completion was in the Fall of 2017.  The dedicatory recital was 28 January, 2018 performed by Adrian Smith.

Please enjoy this video walking through the organ!

The photo is our Tonal Director’s sketch of the expanded façade, taking the 19th-century case and expanding it to encompass the entire instrument.
